Seductive Communication

Seductive Communication
: A must have skill

Today corporate world demands several skills in its employees, one which is common in all sectors of employment is good communication skill.
As many people think communication is basically the command of one's over a language and his vocabulary treasure, but the language is just the means of communication. In actual communication is the act of sharing or exchanging information ideas and feelings through several means.  That could be verbal, non verval, written or spoken.  Anything that exchanges a valid information is know as communication. It always happen between two or more than two people.
Ok then communication is just a means of sharing,  the more one shares the better he communicates. Is this what you think about communication skill, then definitely you are wrong. Cause communication is like a blade the more its sharp, the better it works. Now all of you might be thinking how to sharp my communication skills ? How do I get a seductive Communication skill?
Well we all know communication is the key ,but if you don't know which lock to open with it.  The key is just a piece of Metal.
Now, every communication involves two aspects. Listening and Speaking.
A seductive communication involves more of listening than of speaking, i.e when we are more involved in a conversation only then we can have a catchy conversation. Now you need to know few things about listening.
No i am not going to share any Wikipedia knowledge but according to me listening is a skill not a fact. Cause not everyone listen few just hear and go and few just dont even notice you speaking . Now how to learn the skill of listening.  Its very simple , firstly you must make eye contact with the speaker nextly you must keep track of if not possible of all spoken segment then few of its track in your mind at  conscious state, always node or make any visible gesture to make the speaker confident about you having a interest in his words but be very specific and do not use verbal way of communication, use only non verbal medium of communication. This skill is easy to master and makes your communication seductive at about 75% .
Nextly comes the major 25% that makes the difference between a normal speaker and a seductive speaker one who binds the audience into his/her words. According me speaking is a talent nourished with nutrients like confidence, body language, personality of oneself.  Now lets talk about it practically, everyone speaks in day to day life and over million of words and gesture are used but when it comes to speaking in public at a platform people tear apart and the reason is that people have not nourished their talent of speaking with confidence and other valuable nutrients, now it was a fault so what how do we overcome it?  Its very simple ,like a new born baby try walking but falls you also must start speaking in public to loose your fear of stage.  Now people can not do it directly on stage so what is this problem remain always with them ? No it do not cause even if you cant go on stage to talk you still can practice infront of a mirror and analyse yourself how good or bad you are while speaking and how to improve it.  Always remember to talk less with words and more through gestures . The above line is the mantra of a seductive communication.
